For some customers, all they wanted were to have a very simple home that provides ample lightings and a cool, cozy area that they can relax in.

As such, they would call up Howdyman to help them in providing them the basic lighting and fan connections.

Although it seem basic and simple, there are actually false ceilings in order to hold the downlights and LED cove lighting. Lightings like these make the area look more beautiful and modern.
Sometimes dividing space on the ceiling may be good too to differentiate a particular walkway from a common area.

Coloured fans chosen to match the surrounding improves the visual on a particular theme. If the fan is not a focus point, white fans can be used so they seem flush with the white ceiling.

If you notice, HDB BTO and new condo units usually come with all electrical wires and points concealed. Any extension of wiring can be done by doing small hacking through the wall to the final position then resealed and painted over so they appear concealed again.
